KMITL’s New Students’ Account For the Student ID 61*

Announcement… For New Academic Year of 2018

New Students of the ID 61* please register for KMITL’s Account

  1. Within July 12, 2018, new students will receive individual User ID and Password for accessing KMITL’s IT system via the E-mail the students have informed since the entrance.
  2. Scan QR Code (or enter https://iam.kmitl.ac.th/agree/) shown in the first image and click or press to read, read the Service Agreement or Terms of Services, till the end and click or press Accept.
  3. The IAM KMITL login page will be shown, enter the User ID and Password received via the E-mail.
  4. Enter your new password and re-enter your identical confirm new password again.

*** the new Password Must contain Lowercase + Uppercase + Arabic numeral digit, 8 characters or more,

Warning;

Students must exactly remember the entered new password with yourselves. The system will never resend the password via the informed E-mail.

Privilege;

Waiting for about 5 minutes for the new enable account to be ready to use. With the enable KMITL’ account, the Student Information System (www.reg.kmitl.ac.th ), and Office 365 services  (https://portal.office.com) will be accessible; however, for the services of the Google Education (https://accounts.google.com ), and KMITL’s Internet / WiFi  Services,  they will have been officially started for being serviced to the new students on the  Students Orientation Day (August 6, 2018)

Note;

Students who informed inaccurate and incomplete E-mail will not receive the official User ID and Password for accessing the system. Students with the problem can contact the CSC Help Center, Computer Services Center; Tel. 02329-800 ext. 6000

 Terms of service

The KMTIL’s System of Registration and Updating of User Accounts is one part of the change in the service systems to support the new service improvement. In order to maintain the overall stability of the service system to the maximum efficiency and effectiveness, the proper related definition of the service system of King Mongkut's Institute of Technology shall be defined. The following KMITL services will be referred to as "Service Providers" and any subscriber in any service system, hereinafter referred to as "Service User"; and the Terms of Services shall be: 

1) Do not use this service to distribute, reference, insult or otherwise act in any illegal way harmful to the Thai national, religious, and monarch institutions. 

2) Any illegal activities related to dissemination, both in the form of email and/or website shall be responsible only by the service users;  "Service User" shall be deemed to be responsible for the "service user" only. The "Service Provider" shall absolutely not be involved for the responsibility of the misuse. 

3) "Service User" must specify the truth information to register the service; for any false information, the "Service Provider" reserves the right to suspend or disable the service without prior notice. 

4) "Service User" agrees that "Service Provider" shall update the information that is important to the service of the system to more improve the service system performance to the maximized performance. 

5) "Service Provider" shall not disclose the User's information having been deposited with the system of the "Service Providers"; including with the "Service Providers" shall not illegally access the service user’s data intended to be copied for being published without permission of the "Service User" 

6) "Service Provider" shall secretly keep the information of the service user at the best attempt; the information shall not be disclosed to any person. Except in cases involving legal disputes, "Service Provider" shall legally cooperate with police and relevant government officials to inform any information useful for litigation. 

7) "Service User" must keep any passwords or anything secret from "Service Provider" in confidential. To prevent Unrelated users to do any act that may cause the problem to the service user. "User" and/or to the server's overall system of service.

 

8)  "Service User" absolutely shall not be allowed to use the service for storing illegal information trending to be against the computer crime law, morality, illegal file or program being compressed or renamed without legal permission of the copyright owner. 

9) "Service User" shall not be allowed to send SPAM emails or send unsolicited emails to other people's email addresses without the consent of the recipient; whether email sent directly from the server or to redirect server to send the email. "Service Users" who behave such illegal act liable for any damage to "Service Provider" or to email receiver must be responsible for indemnifying of all cases. 

10) Do not use this service for server system attacks or attacks against other privacy of persons, such as mail, bombs, hack, crack, DDOS, spamming, port scanning, and other methods of similar manners or purpose. "Service users" who reveal the information or use the service in such a manner must be illegal against the service provider and must be terminated immediately. 

11) "Service Provider" reserves the right to terminate this service to any illegal service user immediately and will prosecute at highest penalty against the illegal "Service User" who maliciously injure the system and servers of the service provider, such as illegal acts of security breach, hacking, whether to test or destroy the system, attempt to access the server or data of other "service users" without permission from "Service Providers" 

12) "Service Provider"shall not be responsible for performance, delay, error, data loss or any damage beyond the control of the service provider; However, the "service provider" shall maintain the overall stability of the system to be effectively serviced. 

13) In the case that the "Service Provider" receives a complaint, request or find a suspicious circumstance. "Service Provider" shall request to temporarily cancel the service to the suspicious case or temporary suspension of the service to investigate the cause of the case. 

14) "Service Provider" has the right to refuse a service request and reserves the right to terminate the service to any person attempting or trying to violate the Terms of Service without prior warning. 

15) For the service cancellation cases resulting from illegal "service User" against the above agreement, the "Service Provider" shall reserve the complete right to cancel the service in all cases. 

16) "Service Provider" shall reserve the complete right to change the details of this Terms of Service at any proper time with proper notice of any change. 

17) "Service Provider" shall be deemed the "Service User" to completely read and understand the terms of service completely before having applied from "Service Providers"
