It should be completely considered around all dimensions of concerns such as on engineering process, design, traffic management, environmental impact, budget and safety of the community and passengers.
Conclusively, the recommendations from both academics and communities in the areas affected by construction had presented the concept of no negative agreement to the construction; however, they had commented that the actual construction should be reviewed and restudied on the real impact in all cases; The construction of the double piers parallel to the actual motorway with the structure of the separated inbound and outbound along the distance of 18.5 km. should be changed to be the pattern of the single-centered pillars for elevated way as the center line of the actual motorway and management of the enter and exit ways as inbound – outbound traffic should be constructed; such the recommendation could be beneficial for lowering of the investment on the construction and on the public land payback, moreover it could reduce the impact against the people around. Practically, the project should be networking to the community traveling infrastructures to let the public around commonly utilize the construction as well.
