LOOKING FORWARD TO THAILAND DESTINY "MESSAGE TO TEACHERS"

The letter to teachers who are facing against the challenging age of Disruption, the teachers must change themselves absolutely, if not, they will be certainly loser and extinct surely….today under the pressure social media and disruption ages attacking against Thai education situation, Thai people are beginning to recognize the shifts in the world of disruption or the destructive change of the world for creative better things. It is worrying that our Thai children may be unable to be competitive to others’ because present Thai education is going to the dead end.  Although the government is trying to solve seriously, the future of Thai education always stays in a terrible state. Whenever education condition of Thailand fell into a problem, "teachers" of Thailand always become the criminal heroes of the social as worded “false is a teacher”. Some said that Teachers of Thailand always had no soul of things, old aged ones always had no change of things; however, the problems mentioned that they were from teachers were only little part of many other serious points. For many educational factors of Thailand, teachers always become the rams to be sacrificed, as the teacher beings, it must be terrible to face against such unfairness; from being dust till being doctor, our teachers always are the lights of destinies, and it must be insisted that teachers always have done no wrong. However, today destiny has been varied from the old one, the former time will never return. The teacher of the present time must be the one of the highest challenges for the time of children and bosses of “I don’t care” version. Learn as like with no care to actual life. Education will never be the solution to their professions, just work well for their wealth, and they can be hired for jobs. Bosses will never care about the degree of education, but an only degree of the profession. Teachers then must absolutely do the changes of things; not to be the loser or extinct; teachers of disruption doom must do the following changes of things;

1.      Teach children to be competitively skillfully practically working not to be competitors in the examination field to only get diploma or degree because the degree will become obsolete

2.      Teach children to response the solution to the real word functional to real life not to the chapter of exercise. 

3.      Teach children with an agreement to change self immediately without the ways of bit by bit for the fact that only part of a second can offer the huge change of the world

4.      Teach children through the understanding and under approaching; using the modern educational technique with the TQ or Technology Quotient; being smart in technology adaptable to the newer lifestyle.

5.      Teach children without escaping from new technology and online social media method, innovative educational ways must be applied to the teaching technique throughout the AI approaches.

6.      Teach children through the real-time teaching approaches of the ways of big data and blockchain; it can be fast better. but it can be fast worse, oppositely,

7.      Teach children with own creative conceptual course with uniqueness.

8.      Teach children with the spirit of sage, the spirit of sturdy persons.

Wish all teachers the brave heart of heartfelt professional teachers. Teachers must be working under true real-time supporting of Thai government seriously; completely on salary, welfare, supportive hospitality to improve to make teachers live the stable better lives of justice of no dream; no care will be unfair to teachers; also wish the Thai government the best mission with high success to cope with the people of the spirit of sage; the Thai Teachers. … the letter or the messages to Thai Teachers … to have the brave heart to fight against the age of disruptive changes….
