PROPOSE THE HEARTS TO KMITL...THE NEW GENERATION OFFICERS ALWAYS FIGHT BECAUSE THEY LOVE KMITL 

         Prof. Dr. Suchatvee Suwansawat, the President of King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang has met with the new KMITL’s employees who have just been qualified to be changed from the employees of revenue-earning income to the ones of budgetary salary on July 23, 2018, at the Khaesad Convention Hall. Before official sayings, he said congratulations words for the conditional qualification approval to completely be the KMITL’s family. Actually, all the passing ones have ever long been working hard before stepping into the examination for the official positions. Such the way must be considered as the fairest option even it may not be appreciated by someone, the way of examination approval must be the right way to the right stage.

          The President said that the new generation of KMITL’s official employees who passed the exam was the biggest group of the KMITL’s conditional examination and ask them to always keep working hard to support the progressive development of the KMITL. The approved ones must continue mindful working without being bored with the missions because no examination came to lives anymore. The approved ones must be always eager for higher improvement with lively inspiration.

          The President used the word "Brother Ae" to called himself with sincerity and sincere expressions of love for the new KMITL’s budgetary staffs. The President said to ask for the good vision of the staff to view the true state of real condition of KMTIL and of Thai education that became worse for the employment situation. It was because much less Thai children were going to school and also their parents had no faith in the national education system, so they send their children to international schools or to study abroad. Children having undergraduate studies in Thailand became rapidly declining. Many private universities have to force their employees out or shut down their educational business as reported. KMITL was the one that was in the same business but fortunately, KMITL was in better status for having been got annual government supportive budget to help. However, such the income was not enough and decreased every year. It became the silent harm ready to attract. The president also concluded the last words "If KMITL has to be closed, what are we going to do?! " So, when we got into a same much closer family, all brothers and sisters of the KMITL family must work harder to make more and more love, care and concern for KMITL’s survival. KMTIL was ours and we must helpfully keep the stable status of the institution for longest under the harmful problems. More terribly, such harm had never priorly showed the clear sign of hazard before attacking. The silent attacking behaved as if it were the Tsunami disaster happening very suddenly with no warning sign to prepare for some survival.  From now on, all members of KMITL must always keep going on harder working, fighting, being stronger with tolerance on the ways of the best outcomes of the works for ourselves and for our KMITL family. Importantly, we must always patriotically say the same heartfelt words to pay loyalty to the Institute that our KMITL the house "has worth" because we "love KMITL."
